Data Center Operations Technician

Le client de TEKsystems connat une croissance rapide et recherche un Technicien en ingnierie et oprations pour rejoindre son quipe d'Oprations d'infrastructure en expansion.
L'organisation volue dans un environnement technologique dynamique et est un leader dans le domaine des centres de donnes. Le Technicien en ingnierie et oprations est responsable de superviser l'entretien de tous les quipements lectriques, mcaniques et de scurit incendie/vie dans le centre de donnes. Il agit galement comme ressource technique pour soutenir les oprations internes. Les quipements des centres de donnes qui prennent en charge des serveurs critiques doivent maintenir une disponibilit suprieure 99,999 %.
Les Techniciens en ingnierie et oprations sont galement chargs de favoriser l'innovation tout en rduisant les cots oprationnels des installations. Ils sont les premiers intervenants pour les problmes lectriques et mcaniques pouvant affecter la disponibilit. Cela inclut, sans s'y limiter : gnrateurs diesel de secours et systmes de carburant, tableaux de distribution/switch-gears, UPS, PDU, AHU, CRAHU, CRAC, pompes, moteurs, VFD et systmes d'automatisation du btiment.

TEKsystems client is growing rapidly and is looking for an Engineering and Operations Technician to join their expanding Infrastructure Operations team.

The organization operates in a fast paced technology company and is a leader in the world of data centers. The Engineering and Operations Technician is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all electrical, mechanical and fire/life safety equipment within the data center. The Engineering and Operations Technician serves as a technical resource to support within its data centers. Data center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than 99.999 uptime. Engineering and Operations Technicians are also tasked with driving innovation while reducing operational costs in the facilities. Engineering and Operations Technicians are front-line respondents for electrical and mechanical issues affecting availability. This equipment includes but is not limited to stand-by diesel generators and related fuel systems, switchboards/switch-gears UPSs, PDUs AHUs, CRAHUs, CRACs, pumps, motors, VFDs and building automation systems.
