This Product Manager will own an Access Control and Video solutions, including the upcoming launch of our Clients Video and the transition toward a unified platform bringing together:
Intrusion
Access Control
Visitor Management
Video
This role requires balancing multiple priorities, working across engineering and commercial teams, and helping drive integration across the platform.

Your Impact
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Management team. You will define strategy, manage product roadmaps, and support delivery for their Access Control and Video platforms.
You will own the full product lifecycle, from roadmap definition and feature prioritization to working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a unified and intelligent security platform.
This includes driving the integration of video surveillance, analytics, and management capabilities into their access control ecosystem while supporting customer migration from on-premises systems to cloud-based solutions.

Interview Process

1. Initial Interview - 30 minutes.
Discussion focusing on product experience, stakeholder management, and domain expertise.
2. Leadership/ technical Interview - 1 hour
Meet with leadership to evaluate strategic thinking, communication skills, and cultural fit.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy
Translate customer, market, and business requirements into functional product specifications.
Develop and maintain competitive product roadmaps across access control and video solutions.
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage the full lifecycle of products from concept to retirement.
Define priorities based on market insights, company strategy, and product goals.
Video Solutions Ownership
Own and drive the roadmap for video surveillance and video management offerings.
Identify opportunities to integrate access control and video capabilities.
Stay current on trends such as video analytics, AI-driven surveillance, and cloud video.
New Product Opportunities
Collaborate with Sales and leadership to identify growth opportunities and new product initiatives.
Security and Standards
Define standards for security, uptime/SLA, and user experience.
Competitive Benchmarking
Conduct analysis across competitors in access control and video markets.
New Product Introductions
Support product launches including requirements, prioritization, documentation, and market readiness.
Relationship Management
Build strong internal relationships across teams.
Establish effective communication with external partners and stakeholders.

Collaborate Across a Cross-Functional Team

What You'll Bring
Core Skills
3-5+ years of Product Management experience.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and New Product Development.

Technical Understanding
Familiarity with hardware/software integration (embedded, IoT, or similar environments).
Understanding of cloud-based and on-premise security systems.
Nice-to-Have Experience

Exposure to AI or advanced analytics in video/security.
