Our employees are key to our success.The Systems Administrator maintains and supports enterprise systems across retail store locations, corporate offices, and distribution environments. This role ensures system stability, security, and performance while supporting technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency.Duties/Responsibilities:- Administer Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure / Entra ID environments
- Monitor and maintain servers, endpoints, and backend systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for hardware, software, and connectivity
- Manage user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning
- Support retail, corporate, and distribution center technology
- Partner on infrastructure projects, rollouts, and upgrades
- Maintain documentation and operational standards
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams
Required Skills/Abilities: - 2-4 years of systems administration or infrastructure support experience
- Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory / Entra ID
- Strong troubleshooting across endpoints and servers
- Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Azure, ITIL)
- Experience supporting retail or multi-site environments
Physical Requirements: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, repeated bending, and stooping are requirements for this position. The employee must frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk; or hear.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job may include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception.
- The incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
