Summary

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Analyst Officer to design, implement, enhance, and support enterprise network infrastructure. In this role, you will drive connectivity initiatives, develop solutions across wireless, LAN, and WAN environments, and ensure stable, secure, and efficient network operations.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong business communication skills. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, management teams, and various IT departments to translate business needs into secure, compliant, and scalable network solutions.
You will also play a key role in shaping long-term network strategy and contributing to the organization's overall technology vision.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, maintain, and monitor enterprise network infrastructure
  • Develop solutions for wireless, LAN, and WAN environments
  • Lead network-related initiatives that integrate new technologies
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership to convert business needs into technical solutions
  • Ensure all solutions follow organizational security, governance, and compliance standards
  • Create and maintain detailed network topology diagrams
  • Support server hardware setup and operating system troubleshooting
  • Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless implementation
  • Contribute to strategic planning and long-term network architecture decisions
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines with exemplary time management
  • Provide excellent communication to both technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
  • - or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting infrastructure/applications
  • 7+ years of experience managing and supporting network systems
  • Working knowledge of server hardware and operating system troubleshooting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with end-users
  • Proven success collaborating with colleagues, peers, and management
  • Ability to create accurate and comprehensive network diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality deliverables
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with systems administration and data management
  • Understanding of network infrastructure components, hardware, and security tools
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies
  • Understanding of information security principles as they relate to infrastructure management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365

Preferred:
  • Certifications from major technology vendors (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc.)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $57.00/hr.
