Role OverviewContent performance is the foundation of Client's AI influencer platform. Every visual, video, or media asset must capture attention, generate interaction, and support sustained audience growth. That outcome is driven by one critical factor: how the AI is prompted.
Prompt exploration today is informal and fragmented. This role is dedicated to changing that. We're hiring prompt engineers whose sole focus is to rigorously test the platform, uncover high-performing prompt approaches, identify impactful feature combinations, and convert those discoveries into reliable, repeatable frameworks.
This position is not about building application code. It's about building systems that consistently produce scroll-stopping content.
Successful candidates will directly influence how AI influencers across the platform create media. Their work will be operationalized into structured prompt templates and integrated tooling used by operators and end users at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Work extensively within Client to systematically evaluate features, settings, and creative workflows to identify what generates high-engagement, shareable AI content
- Design, execute, and refine prompt strategies across multiple media formats, including portraits, lifestyle imagery, trend-based formats, video, and newly launched content types
- Identify high-impact feature combinations by blending generation methods, editing tools, styling controls, and post-processing techniques to achieve superior results
- Assess all discoveries through a performance lens: attention capture, shareability, and audience growth potential
- Build modular, reusable prompt templates with clear parameters that operators can deploy without advanced prompting expertise
- Develop prompt structures suitable for product integration, helping inform future built-in prompt builders and creation tools
- Document findings in a structured way, categorized by use case, content format, complexity, and expected results, maintaining an evolving internal knowledge base
- Monitor content trends across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube) and translate emerging patterns into actionable prompt strategies
- Run ongoing experimentation, including comparative testing of prompt variations and analysis of real-world performance metrics
Requirements Required Qualifications- Social media fluency is critical.Candidates must have a strong, intuitive understanding of what performs on social platforms and why. This includes recognizing patterns in engagement, share behavior, audience growth, and failures.
- Proven understanding of social content performance across major platforms, with the ability to forecast likely outcomes before posting
- Highly experimental mindset with a willingness to push tools beyond standard usage to explore edge cases and creative boundaries
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to turn individual successes into repeatable, teachable frameworks
- Hands-on experience with AI-generated content tools, including image or video generation platforms, and familiarity with practical prompting techniques
- Clear written communication skills, enabling accurate documentation and transfer of complex prompt strategies
- Analytical aptitude, including the ability to design tests, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions
- Preferred but not required: scripting or programming experience, professional content creation or social media management background, or commercial prompt engineering experience
Leveling Guidelines- Junior Prompt Engineer:Demonstrates strong social media instincts and a genuine interest in AI creative tools. May lack formal prompt engineering experience but has meaningful hands-on experimentation and a track record or portfolio indicating content performance potential. The role provides structured development and mentorship.
- Senior Prompt Engineer:Brings demonstrable experience where prompt strategies have driven measurable performance outcomes. Operates at the level of frameworks and systems rather than isolated prompts. Capable of mentoring junior team members and defining prompt architecture standards for the organization.
