Summary

Join a hands-on Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP role where you'll help shape data ingestion, identity resolution, profile creation, and activation for a large-scale consumer environment. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented data professional who enjoys working across engineering, governance, and marketing teams to ensure data is accurate, scalable, and ready for action.
Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, and mappings within Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP.
  • Support batch, streaming, SDK, and API-based ingestion processes while aligning with architecture and privacy requirements.
  • Partner with solution architects and technical teams to implement data transformations, data prep rules, and identity stitching logic.
  • Enable datasets for Profile and help ensure data quality, completeness, and consistency.
  • Build and support identity resolution processes, including namespaces, links, and profile merging.
  • Validate data readiness for segmentation, including attributes, events, audiences, and identity availability.
  • Configure destination connections and support activation across marketing and analytics platforms.
  • Develop validation checks to identify schema issues, ingestion anomalies, and identity mismatches.
  • Troubleshoot data flow, mapping, and segmentation issues as they arise.
  • Document data pipelines, governance controls, mappings, and operational procedures.
  • Support sandbox setup and management across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Collaborate with privacy and governance stakeholders to support access, consent, and compliance workflows.
  • Work with analysts, consultants, and data scientists to support query needs, reporting, and model readiness.
  • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen automation, efficiency, and operational best practices.
Skills
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Strong understanding of XDM schemas, dataset configuration, and Profile enablement.
  • Experience with ingestion workflows, data transformation, identity resolution, and activation support.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ETL or ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Experience working with APIs and streaming data ingestion.
  • Ability to troubleshoot data quality, mapping, and identity-related issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in cross-functional teams and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Working knowledge of data privacy and governance concepts, including consent and compliance practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in data engineering, MarTech engineering, or CDP operations.
  • 2+ years of direct experience with Adobe RTCDP.
  • Experience with Adobe source connectors, streaming and batch ingestion, Data Prep, and Query Service.
  • Programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Exposure to platforms such as Snowflake, Salesforce CDP, Segment, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as AJO, Analytics, or Target.
  • Background supporting scalable, governed data models in enterprise environments.
