Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 +yrs of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, sales management, or a similar analytical/strategic role, preferably within a B2B industrial services or engineering environment.
Proven track record of successfully implementing commercial strategies that drove measurable improvements in sales performance and profitability.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
Practical knowledge of Pricing & Value Management, including discount governance and value-based pricing strategies.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, data-driven forecasting methodologies, and advanced analytical skills to translate raw data into actionable business intelligence.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
Understanding of industrial service markets and customer needs is highly desirable.
