Job DetailsWe are seeking a hunter-minded Outside Sales Representative to grow an established Houston territory focused on commercial HVAC-related services, facility compliance solutions, and recurring maintenance programs.
This role is ideal for someone currently selling HVAC equipment, HVAC service agreements, mechanical services, building maintenance solutions, facility services, fire/life safety services, or related commercial services.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business throughout the Houston market
- Call on facility managers, restaurant owners, hospitality groups, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and other commercial accounts
- Conduct site visits and facility inspections
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Own the sales process from prospecting through close
- Develop recurring revenue accounts and long-term customer relationships
- Partner with operations teams to ensure successful service delivery
Requirements
- 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Experience selling HVAC equipment, HVAC services, mechanical services, facility services, building services, fire protection services, or related commercial solutions
- Proven track record of prospecting and winning new business
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Ability to conduct facility walkthroughs and site inspections
