Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Boise, ID

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow ITSM and enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements.

  • Develop user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

  • Facilitate requirement workshops, backlog refinement, and stakeholder discussions.

  • Support UAT, testing, and validation of ServiceNow solutions.

  • Drive process improvements across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.

  • Coordinate with ServiceNow architects, developers, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
