LMW Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Automotive Technician for its Eldersburg, Randallstown, and Owings Mills, MD locations. This Monday?Friday position has no weekends and offers hourly or flat-rate pay options with weekly pay. Approximately 60%?70% of the role focuses on diagnostics and advanced repairs, with dedicated Service Advisors handling parts ordering and supporting workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
- Complete engine and advanced mechanical repairs
- Repair steering, suspension, and brake systems
- Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Document diagnostic findings and verify completed repairs
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Advanced automotive diagnostic and electrical skills
- Strong drivability troubleshooting ability
- Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles independently
- Own professional technician tools
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Maryland State Inspection License preferred, not required
