Our client is seeking a Sr. Product Operations Lead in for a remote opportunity.
Role Description
You will be crucial in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development processes, ensuring alignment between product, engineering, marketing, and other key stakeholders. The Sr. Product Operations Lead will manage a tight-knit team of data and operational experts to optimize workflows and support data-driven decision-making to achieve our product strategy and optimize business outcomes.
To be successful, the right candidate must understand the needs of product management, have the ability to think critically about process breakdowns and disconnects, and plan ahead to avoid them. The candidate is driven to provide their cross-functional partners with the tools they need to create great products and achieve business outcomes.

Essential Functions: In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
Process Optimization: In collaboration with Product Development teams, document, standardize, and continuously improve product management-specific operational processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and execution.
Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies for product operational projects to ensure on-time and successful product releases.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Define, develop, and monitor key performance metrics related to product launches, operational efficiency, and product performance. Use data to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize resource allocation.
Product Roadmap Support: Assist in the planning and prioritization of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Communication: Develop and distribute product-related reports, status updates, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on progress and risks.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development timelines, quality, and resource constraints.
Leadership: Be an advocate, coach, and motivator for your team, helping employees grow their careers and develop their skills.
Training & Development: Support the training of new team members, create knowledge-sharing platforms, and ensure the team is equipped with the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
Skills & Requirements
5+ years of experience in product operations within product management, or a related field.
Deep data analysis, visualization and presentation experience.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to translate complex data into digestible insights.
Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate data into business decisions.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics).
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to lead and work across teams in a collaborative manner.
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in business, Product Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of product analytics tools, trends, and best practices.
Familiarity with agile software development.
Knowledge of product lifecycle management tools and platforms.
Ability to influence without authority and drive change across diverse teams.
Prior experience with healthcare operations is a plus.
