Job Title: Technical Program ManagerLocation: San Diego CA (Hybrid)Duration: 7+ Months with possibility of extensionPay range: $90 to $95 per hour (DOE) Job Description:- Support the planning and execution of a cross-functional change management initiative
- Drive coordination across business, operations, product, and technical stakeholders
- Build and maintain program plans, milestones, status updates, and action trackers
- Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts
- Help develop communication, readiness, and adoption plans to support successful implementation
- Provide structure and follow-through in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
- Use data, business context, and stakeholder input to support prioritization and decision-making
- Apply a technology-forward approach, including effective use of AI tools, to improve execution and team efficiency
- Prepare clear updates and materials for leadership reviews and project checkpoints
Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or related business operations roles
- Experience supporting change management, transformation, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect program work to business outcomes
- Comfortable with modern AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and similar technologies
- Proficiency with common collaboration and project tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
