Role Overview
The Salesforce Practice Lead for Agentic CPQ & Agentforce will drive the next wave of AI-powered CRM transformation. This role combines domain expertise, solution architecture, and client leadership to shape delivery methodology, drive revenue growth, and build reusable accelerators for CPQ automation and autonomous AI agents within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive BD & Pre-sales
Lead client discovery workshops and develop winning solution proposals for Agentic CPQ and Agentforce engagements
Articulate the ROI of autonomous CPQ workflows and AI agents to C-suite stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce account executives and partner teams to generate pipeline
Solution Architecture
Architect end-to-end Agentforce solutions including autonomous agents for order management, pricing optimisation, and CPQ orchestration
Design integrations between Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud and OSS/BSS systems (e.g., Amdocs, CODA, Netcracker)
Define reusable accelerators, templates, and pre-built agent workflows
Delivery Leadership
Oversee and quality-assure CPQ and Agentforce implementation projects end-to-end
Mentor Salesforce architects and developers; establish best practices for AI agent design and prompt engineering
Ensure delivery KPIs such as cycle time reduction, quote accuracy, and revenue leakage elimination
Thought Leadership
Publish perspectives and case studies on Agentic CPQ transformation
Represent the organization at industry events such as Salesforce World Tour and Dreamforce
Track Salesforce roadmap (Einstein, Agentforce, Data Cloud) and translate into client-ready offerings
Required Qualifications
12+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with 5+ years in CPQ / Revenue Cloud
Hands-on expertise with Agentforce (autonomous agents design, deployment, governance)
Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ data model, pricing, approvals, and workflows
Experience integrating Salesforce with telecom BSS/OSS systems or ERP platforms
Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder, Architect track preferred)
Proven success leading large-scale ($1M+) transformation programs
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Leadership & Delivery Expectations
Deep hands-on expertise with the ability to review architecture and code
Proven ownership of end-to-end delivery (scoping to go-live)
Experience managing distributed teams across geographies
Ability to engage senior stakeholders (C-suite, VPs, enterprise architects)
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong accountability and proactive problem-solving mindset
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
Nice to Have
Experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud)
MuleSoft experience for API-led integrations
Background in telecom order management or product catalog design
