Summary

Join our client''s dynamic team in CA as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the discovery, analysis, and delivery of high-impact solutions. This role is responsible for leading complex initiatives, shaping business requirements, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Bring your deep expertise in business analysis practices, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery within Agile and/or hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Analysis & Leadership
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements for complex initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, opportunities, and solution options
- Translate business goals into actionable insights and deliverables
- Provide thought leadership on process improvements and best practices
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with business partners, product owners, and technical teams
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to drive clarity and alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions and managing expectations
Requirements Management
- Develop and maintain high-quality artifacts (e.g., business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases)
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and aligned with business value
- Manage scope and traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Agile Delivery & Execution
- Support Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the backlog
- Ensure readiness of stories and acceptance criteria before development begins
Process Improvement
- Analyze current-state processes and recommend optimized future-state solutions
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams
Quality & Validation
- Partner with QA and stakeholders to validate that solutions meet business needs
- Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
- Ensure delivered solutions align with defined success criteria

Required Qualifications

5–8 years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or lead capacity
Strong experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
