Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in the retail domain to lead Agile teams and drive successful delivery of retail-focused projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure Agile best practices are followed while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
- Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and ensure smooth team progress
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Track and report sprint progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.)
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products aligned with business goals
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration
- Coordinate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
