Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst I to support the team in understanding business needs and helping turn those needs into clear and workable solutions. In this role, you will work closely with different departments to gather requirements, document processes, and assist in improving systems or workflows. You will also help make sure that the solutions developed meet the expectations of the business. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys analysing problems, working with people, and helping teams find better ways to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
• Work with stakeholders and team members to understand business needs and project requirements.
• Gather, organize, and document business requirements clearly.
• Assist in analysing current business processes and suggest possible improvements.
• Communicate requirements with development, testing, and other project teams.
• Help review systems or applications to ensure they meet business expectations.
• Participate in meetings, discussions, and project planning activities.
• Maintain documentation related to requirements, processes, and project updates.
• Support the team in tracking project progress and resolving issues when needed.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of business processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with different teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative work environment.
