: Data Focused Senior PM/Scrum Master
Location: Remote (Must be from Wisconsin)
REQUIRED SKILLS: (Need All)
- Minimum of 5 years in a scrum-master role leading scrums for business intelligence and data warehousing
- Minimum of 5 years in a project manager role leading Agile technical projects
- Minimum of 5 years in large, complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams
- Hands-on in projects (not just management/director responsibilities)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Experience implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Experience using Jira
- PMP certification is nice to have but not required
DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
The Client is looking for a Certified Project Manager IV/Sr.
They are looking for an experienced PM, not someone they have to train to be a PM or Scrum Master. The manager also noted that while leadership experience is valuable, this role requires hands-on project execution skills that may differ from those typically found in director or manager-level positions.
The selected hire will be working on a team responsible for BI/Analytics, a data lake platform, master data management (MDM), data integration, data conversion, data quality, data architecture, data modeling, data literacy, and data governance.
