Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on healthcare construction projects around the Denver Metro area. This role is responsible for on-site management, safety, quality, and schedule performance while ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage all field operations and coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and project teams.
2. Lead project safety efforts and enforce site safety policies and procedures.
3. Oversee project scheduling, logistics, and manpower planning to meet deadlines and budgets..
4. Review and approve construction drawings and technical specifications, identify potential issues, and propose effective solutions.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project plans and specifications.
6. Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
7. Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Manage and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement changes as necessary to keep the project on track.
9. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. 5-10+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction (healthcare, interiors, or ground-up projects preferred).
2. Proven success managing complex, fast-paced projects from start to finish.
3. Strong understanding of construction means and methods, safety standards, and project documentation.
4. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
5. OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
