Staff Full-Stack Engineer for a venture-backed B2B SaaS company used by global leaders. As the company continues to scale and invest in new product development, they're looking for a high-impact engineer to help define and build the next generation of their platform.

You'll work closely with senior engineers, leadership, and cross-functional partners to build scalable, AI-enabled products that are used by millions of end users. Required Skills & Experience - Strong experience as a (10+ years of experience) Staff-level or senior full-stack engineer in B2B SaaS environments
- Deep expertise with:
- Experience building and launching new products or major initiatives from zero to production
- Strong product mindset with the ability to translate business goals into technical solutions
- Experience working across both frontend and backend systems
- Comfort operating in startup or high-growth environments with high ownership
- Ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical direction
Desired Skills & Experience - Experience working on AI-enabled products
- Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Cursor, or AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience with multi-tenant architectures
- Prior experience at the Staff level or equivalent, operating as a peer to Product and Design
- Strong product intuition with examples of influencing or reshaping product direction
- Experience mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards
What You Will Be Doing Channel & Focus Breakdown - 30% Building and shipping new product initiatives
- 45% Full-stack development across frontend and backend systems
