Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Lead with strong hands on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to lead backend development initiatives for enterprise scale applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure high quality delivery, and collaborate closely with cross functional teams across onsite and offshore locations. Experience with AWS cloud technologies is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead backend development efforts for large scale enterprise applications.
* Design, develop, and implement microservices based architectures using Java and Spring Boot.
* Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
* Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for code quality, performance, and scalability.
* Collaborate closely with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
* Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
* 8 10 years of strong hands on experience in backend development.
* Expertise in Core Java (Java 8+).
* Proven experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
* Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
* Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Hands on experience with Git and build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
* Strong communication skills and experience working in a lead or senior role.

Good to Have / Nice to Have
* Experience with AWS Cloud services.
* Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Exposure to messaging systems such as Kafka.
* Prior experience in enterprise or large scale distributed systems.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Web Development, Javascript, or Springboot are a plus.
