About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QA Test Analyst with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing to support large-scale enterprise applications that deliver critical business services.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, business analysts, architects, project managers, and cross-functional technical teams to ensure application quality, reliability, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate has experience testing complex enterprise systems within highly regulated industries such as Human Services, Healthcare, Government Programs, Medicaid, Medicare, Eligibility Management, or Benefits Administration. Experience working on policy-driven applications and modernization initiatives is highly valued.
This position requires hands-on experience in manual testing, test automation, API validation, backend data verification, and end-to-end business process testing across enterprise platforms including web, mobile, Salesforce, and integrated application ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and automated test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing across multiple enterprise applications.
- Review business requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and design documentation to identify testing requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and design reviews.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, API, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and automated test suites.
- Validate integrations and interfaces between internal and external systems.
- Perform backend database validation using SQL queries.
- Conduct REST and SOAP API testing using industry-standard tools.
- Track, document, prioritize, and manage software defects through resolution.
- Participate in defect triage discussions and validate defect fixes.
- Maintain requirements traceability and ensure alignment between requirements, test cases, and executed tests.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, product owners, and project teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support release validation, deployment testing, and post-production verification activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing standards, automation frameworks, and quality best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and promote quality engineering best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience testing large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong experience in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Experience working throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Deep understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and software quality best practices.
- Experience translating business requirements into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working directly with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Hands-on experience using Jira or equivalent Agile project management tools.

- Experience supporting government, healthcare, human services, eligibility management, or benefits administration platforms.
- Experience testing policy-driven enterprise applications.

- Knowledge of healthcare eligibility systems and case management platforms.
