Senior Infrastructure Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking an AI Infrastructure Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure initiatives at NRG, with a strong focus on M&A integrations and a major agentic AI monitoring program currently ramping up. This role sits at the intersection of core infrastructure, network modernization, and AI-driven monitoring, requiring both deep technical understanding and strong program execution skills.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong infrastructure program management background in enterprise environments
* Proven experience supporting or leading M&A infrastructure integrations
* Ability to operate effectively -in the middle of many things- in a fast-moving environment
* Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams

Solid technical understanding of:
* Network architecture and operations
* Server technologies
* Identity and access management (Active Directory)
* Telecom systems (Cisco preferred)
* Microsoft Office 365 ecosystems

Experience working on or alongside AI-driven initiatives, with preference for:
* Agentic AI
* AI-based monitoring or observability platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
