Description
We are looking for a skilled CRM & Reporting Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in marketing analytics and data analysis tools to support business strategies and decision-making processes. This is a long-term contract position offering an opportunity to work on impactful projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Analyze marketing data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and other data analysis platforms to provide actionable insights.
Develop and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and optimize campaigns.
Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to support marketing initiatives and reporting requirements.
Monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance using platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Create and present comprehensive reports that highlight trends, opportunities, and key findings.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align data-driven strategies with business goals.
Implement and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking and reporting.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytics and reporting systems.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and challenges.
Stay updated on emerging analytics tools and techniques to continuously improve processes.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, CRM marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, including HubSpot.
Experience with digital marketing analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
Solid understanding of data management, reporting, and visualization techniques.
Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
