Job Title: Oracle FCC (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced DEPMC FCC Lead with strong expertise in Oracle FCC (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud) implementations. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional and technical knowledge in consolidations, data integrations, narrative reporting, and financial reporting processes.
The candidate must have successfully led multiple end-to-end FCC implementations and should be capable of handling complete project delivery from requirements gathering through go-live support.

Experience Required:
- Minimum 5+ end-to-end FCC implementation experience
- Led at least 3 complete FCC implementations within the last 4 years
- Overall participation in at least 5 FCC full lifecycle implementations
Full Lifecycle Implementation Experience Must Include:
- Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
- Build & Build Reviews
- Data Loading and Technical Testing
- Report Development
- User Training
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Documentation
- Go-Live & Post-Go-Live Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle FCC implementation projects end-to-end
- Design and configure complex consolidation processes in FCC
- Work closely with finance and accounting teams to gather business requirements
- Develop and manage data integrations across systems
- Support narrative and financial reporting requirements
- Conduct technical testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Lead UAT sessions and user training activities
- Prepare project documentation and deployment plans
- Support production go-live activities and stabilization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of complex consolidation rules and FCC configurations
- Experience with GAAP accounting principles and SEC reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced client environment
- Willingness to travel based on project requirements
