Description
We are looking for an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Villanova, Pennsylvania. This position requires expertise in creating user-friendly digital solutions that are both visually appealing and compliant with pharmaceutical and healthcare advertising standards. Ideal candidates will have a strong ability to translate complex clinical data and brand strategies into engaging, omnichannel experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries using advanced Figma techniques.
Create high-fidelity prototypes to support user testing, stakeholder reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
Design intuitive digital experiences that comply with industry standards, including regulatory and medical guidelines.
Transform scientific and clinical information into easily digestible layouts and user flows.
Collaborate with creative, medical, and strategy teams to ensure UX solutions align with brand messaging and objectives.
Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and refine design concepts.
Deliver comprehensive UX documentation, including wireframes, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and information architecture.
Balance creativity with compliance to produce visually compelling and medically accurate digital solutions.
Adapt to fast-paced agency environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Drive user engagement across omnichannel campaigns, patient support platforms, and branded digital assets.
Requirements
Proven experience in UX/UI design, particularly within pharmaceutical or healthcare settings.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and collaborative workflows.
Strong skills in wireframing and creating interactive prototypes.
Familiarity with industry standards such as Veeva and other regulatory requirements.
Ability to translate complex clinical data into user-friendly designs.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and medical professionals.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Adobe XD and other design tools is a plus.
