RCube IT is hiring HSIO (High-Speed I/O) Validation Engineers for an exciting opportunity with Tessolve Semiconductor Engineering.
We are looking for engineers with strong experience in high-speed interface validation, signal integrity, and protocol testing across next-generation semiconductor platforms.
This role involves validating high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, DDR, Ethernet, and SerDes while working closely with silicon design, firmware, and hardware teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform HSIO validation and bring-up for high-speed interfaces
Validate protocols such as PCIe, USB, DDR, Ethernet, and SerDes
Execute silicon bring-up, debug, and characterization
Develop and execute validation test plans and automation scripts
Perform signal integrity analysis and failure debugging
Work with cross-functional teams including design, firmware, and hardware teams
Debug issues using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and logic analyzers
Required Skills
Strong experience in HSIO / High-Speed I/O validation
Hands-on experience with PCIe, USB, Ethernet, DDR, or SerDes protocols
Experience in silicon bring-up and hardware validation
Familiarity with lab debugging tools and protocol analyzers
Knowledge of signal integrity and high-speed interfaces
Experience in Python, C, or automation scripting
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in post-silicon validation
Exposure to PHY layer debugging
Knowledge of high-speed board design or SI/PI analysis
