Job Role: ServiceNow Project Manager
Location: Remote in USA
This position requires a Project Manager who will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. This is a critical role specially to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. He/she will be the go-to person for everything related to project and its success.
Roles & Responsibility
• Planning, initiation and execution of complex infrastructure projects
• Responsible for resource allocation and Utilization
• Facilitate meetings and collaborate with internal Stakeholders, Client, 3rd Party resources
• Identify risks and incorporate risk mitigation strategy/contingency plan
• Manage standards, procedures, and practices for record-keeping of contractual agreements
• Perform analysis that reflects Planned vs actual variances
• Responsible for facilitating the execution of IT projects/programs by ensuring the quality, completeness, tracking and reporting of work items as they flow between participants in key business process
• Project schedule development, Status reporting, communications planning and management using MS Project/ADO/JIRA
• Perform project closing activities including operational transition
• Proven leader and trusted advisor championing project needs to deliver predictable and repeatable project results
• Balance the art and science of project management to scale and leverage techniques and processes efficiently
• Control and track project performance and conducting regular team status meetings
• Reporting project status periodically to Leadership
• Identify road blockers, plan issue resolution and drive them to closure and keep a record of RAID items
• Coordinate with other functions and organizational entities to identify and monitor issues, impacts and dependencies
• Manage end to end procurement whether it is related to Hardware, Software, People, Partner Onboarding etc.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Engineering/MBA or other management qualification
• PMP or/and Prince 2 certified
• Total 6-9 years of experience, out of which at least 5 years of Project management experience for clients spread across the globe
• Experience in IT Infrastructure Managed Services Transition & Transformation Project like including Datacenter builds and migrations, decommissioning projects, server builds and storage project
• Experience in managing diverse and multiple teams with complete ownership and responsibility of the direct/indirect team
• Experience in Managing Customer Engagement and Third-Party OEMs/ Partners
• Sound hands-on experience on Project financial Management, Cost Management and Financial (Cost/Budget) variance tracking
• Experience in Agile Project Management or /And Scrum methodologies will be preferred
Skill Sets required
• Proficient with Project Management Tools including MS Project, and MS Office Suite
• Solid knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Well-developed negotiation and relationship skills
• Ability to build consensus.

• Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure & logic
