Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Windows Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise Windows server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PowerShell, and server troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Manage Active Directory, including users, groups, computers, OUs, and permissions.
• Create and manage Group Policies (GPOs) across enterprise environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and other core Windows networking services.
• Perform Windows server installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor server performance, availability, capacity, and system health.
• Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative and operational tasks.
• Manage Windows security, access controls, permissions, and authentication.
• Troubleshoot Windows server issues, application connectivity, performance, and system failures.
• Support VMware/Hyper-V virtualized Windows environments.
• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery support for Windows servers.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration records.
• Work with networking, security, application, and infrastructure teams to resolve production issues.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Windows Server Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GPO).
• Strong knowledge of DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of Windows Server patching and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, networking, and security concepts.
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Azure AD (Entra ID).
• Experience with monitoring and enterprise management tools.
• Knowledge of Windows security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in Windows Server/System Administration or a similar infrastructure role.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate are a plus.
