Job Title: Business Analyst – Data Warehouse & Snowflake

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in data warehousing, SQL, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring effective data analysis, modeling, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with data engineering teams on ETL processes and data pipeline development
- Perform data analysis using SQL to extract insights and support reporting needs
- Design and support data models for data warehouse solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of Snowflake-based data solutions
- Create dashboards, reports, and documentation for business users
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful delivery of solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in data-focused projects
- Hands-on experience with Data Warehousing concepts and architecture
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Experience with data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical)
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and tools
- Experience working with Snowflake data platform
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
