Job Details

We are seeking an experienced AI leader to drive the development, governance, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across a large enterprise environment. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor and technical leader, helping business stakeholders identify high-value use cases, designing scalable AI solutions, and establishing governance frameworks that ensure responsible and effective AI adoption. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership and cross-functional partnership. The ideal candidate will have experience building AI agents, deploying enterprise-grade generative AI solutions, implementing RAG architectures, and driving AI transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and deploy custom AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, and related Microsoft AI technologies
  • Develop agent workflows, integrations, and enterprise AI solutions leveraging APIs, enterprise data sources, and automation platforms
  • Design, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures grounded in enterprise data
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and platforms, including both Microsoft and non-Microsoft solutions, to support business objectives
  • Partner with business leaders to identify AI opportunities, assess use cases, and prioritize initiatives based on value and feasibility
  • Serve as the primary intake and evaluation point for enterprise AI initiatives
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and technology leadership to develop and maintain an enterprise AI roadmap
  • Establish standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for AI development and deployment
  • Partner with Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure responsible AI usage and adherence to governance requirements
  • Implement controls related to data privacy, model access, prompt security, cost management, and risk mitigation
  • Design performance measurement frameworks to monitor AI adoption, effectiveness, accuracy, ROI, and ongoing optimization opportunities
  • Promote AI awareness, education, and best practices throughout the organization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders regarding AI strategy, capabilities, and transformation opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related technical field required
  • 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Enterprise Platforms, or related technical disciplines
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building AI agents, intelligent automations, or advanced AI-enabled business solutions
  • Demonstrated success delivering production AI solutions that solve business challenges and generate measurable outcomes
  • Experience partnering with business leaders, enterprise architecture teams, and information security organizations within a governed enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting large, complex, multi-site organizations preferred

Strong expertise with Microsoft AI technologies, including:
  • Copilot Studio
  • Azure OpenAI Service
  • Azure AI Studio
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Experience with enterprise integrations including:
  • APIs
  • SQL
  • Dataverse
  • SharePoint
  • Data lakes and modern data platforms
  • Advanced prompt engineering expertise with a focus on improving response quality and reducing hallucinations
  • Proven experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
  • Familiarity with alternative AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, open-source LLMs, or similar technologies
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations
