Summary

Role:Strategic Program Manager
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale strategic technology programs.
  • Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasting, procurement, financial reporting, and overall program profitability.
  • Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive decisions throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with technical leaders and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate staffing and resource planning.
  • Develop, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and support contract negotiations and scope changes.
  • Create executive-level dashboards, presentations, and status reports for leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate effective communication across business and technical teams.
  • Ensure program objectives align with contractual commitments, timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to Project Managers and program team members.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding of program resources and ensure effective team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing programs with budgets of $25M+.
  • Experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams of 50+ resources.
  • Strong knowledge of program governance, financial management, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience managing Statements of Work (SOW), contracts, and scope changes.
  • Experience working with Financial Services clients.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Experience working in global delivery or service provider environments is a plus.
