Job Title: Sr. RPA Automation Engineer
Location: Reading, PA or Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 2-3 days/week onsite)
Interview: Final Round – In-Person (Mandatory)

Must-Have Skills
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Automation/RPA development experience.
  • Strong experience with Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Practical experience with Document Automation / Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
  • Experience integrating automation solutions with APIs, Databases, and Enterprise Applications.
  • Strong business process analysis and workflow automation experience.
  • Experience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders.
  • Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently drive automation initiatives from design through deployment.
Preferred Skills
  • RPA architecture and enterprise automation strategy.
  • AI-enabled workflow automation.
  • SQL and web technologies.
  • Agile/Kanban methodologies.
  • Process improvement and governance.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise workflow automation solutions.
  • Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • Gather requirements directly from business users.
  • Lead automation projects from discovery through production.
  • Perform root cause analysis and production support.
  • Document functional and technical designs.
  • Present automation solutions to business leadership.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and external partners.
  • Evaluate emerging automation technologies.
  • Support automation governance, testing, and change management.
Senior-Level Expectations
The ideal candidate should be able to:
  • Independently interact with business leaders.
  • Lead requirement gathering and solution discussions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions.
  • Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Serve as the automation SME throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Extensive enterprise RPA development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Document Automation/IDP (high priority).
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business process improvements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading discussions with business and executive teams.
  • Willing to attend an in-person final interview and work in a hybrid model.
