Position: Salesforce developer

Location: San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX

CONTRACT

Job Description:

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing Salesforce org migrations using Copado, enabling streamlined CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments across environments.
• Proven experience managing end to end Salesforce deployments using Copado across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Hands on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Copado integrated with Git based version control systems.
• Strong expertise in metadata migration using Copado.
• Experience coordinating data migration alongside metadata deployments using Copado workflows and external tools.
• Ability to automate deployments with quality gates, code reviews, and defined promotion paths.
• Experience conducting impact analysis and resolving dependencies prior to deployments.
• Exposure to multi org strategies or org consolidation initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
