Here's what it takes to succeed with us.


  • Registered Architect (RA) required

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture required

  • Minimum 3+ years of architectural experience

  • Experience with large-scale projects, including multifamily, mixed-use, and affordable housing

  • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning, and construction documentation

  • Proficiency in Revit (required), SketchUp, and Adobe Suite

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Portfolio demonstrating relevant project experience required

  • Must be able to work onsite in Baltimore, MD (hybrid eligible after 90 days)

Responsibilities


  • Lead architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration

  • Develop and coordinate design documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality across all phases

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and project requirements

  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and design intent

  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members

  • Coordinate across departments (interiors, commercial, housing) on mixed-use and multifamily projects

  • Support project planning, problem-solving, and execution for complex projects (ground-up, renovation, adaptive reuse)
