Job Description:
Role: Product Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX or Plano, TX (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
Rate: 55/hr W2

Overview
We are hiring Product Managers (Agile Product Owners) to support initiatives within Bank Fraud and Financial Crimes Technology. These roles work closely with execution teams and business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that address complex fraud and financial crime challenges. Strong communication and the ability to bridge business and IT are critical for success.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage product backlogs, including backlog grooming and prioritization
Work closely with Agile delivery teams to support execution and releases
Engage with multiple business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify needs
Act as the liaison between business partners and technology teams
Support product releases, stakeholder communications, and product demonstrations
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in the technology space, preferably as a Product Owner or Product Manager
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Experience working directly with business and IT stakeholders
Background in financial services preferred
Preferred Experience
Experience within Fraud or Financial Crimes technology environments
Hands-on experience with Actimize and JIRA
Experience working with data (querying, modeling, pipelines, analytics)
Prior USAA experience
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
