Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to take ownership of a custom-built internal application designed to unify various business systems, including Salesforce and Workday, into a seamless user interface. This role involves hands-on development across a modern tech stack, ensuring efficient integration and usability across APIs. Hosted in a dynamic environment, the application serves as a presentation layer while Salesforce remains the core system of record.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of a custom internal application to unify various business tools through APIs.
Build and maintain a seamless user interface using React, Node.js, and MySQL.
Integrate and optimize data flow from Salesforce and other systems into the unified presentation layer.
Ensure system reliability, logging accuracy, and smooth navigation across platforms.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring high-quality outputs.
Develop scalable architecture and implement clean coding practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure platform stability.
Monitor and maintain system performance to meet business needs.
Take full ownership of the platform, operating independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Proficiency in full stack development using React, Node.js, and MySQL.
Strong experience with API integration and data flow optimization.
Familiarity with Salesforce as a system of record and its integration with other tools.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and validation of outputs.
Knowledge of scalable architecture and clean coding practices.
Expertise in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and Oracle NetSuite Technologies.
Understanding of change management and business requirement documentation.
