Description Motion Designer - Fully Remote - 78-82KWe're looking for a creative and self-motivated Motion Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our fully remote team. In this role, you'll work from concept to final export, developing storyboards, pitching ideas, and crafting engaging motion content for a diverse range of clients and projects.
What You'll Do:- Develop concepts and storyboards, and actively contribute creative ideas in a collaborative, ego-free environment
- Bring motion designs to life using After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema4D (or other 3D tools)
- Create visually compelling videos (typically 60-90 seconds) that showcase strong storytelling and capture audience attention
- Apply advanced 3D skills-understanding of composition, lighting, textures, motion, and depth of field
- Manage multiple projects, balancing creative vision with schedules and budgets
- Clearly communicate ideas and project updates with team members and clients
Requirements What You'll Bring:- At least 3 years of professional experience in motion design
- Expertise in After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema4D (or equivalent 3D software)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and design process
- Impressive portfolio featuring 60-90 second videos evidencing both technical and narrative skills
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and clear communication skills
- Initiative, curiosity, and a passion for both design and new technologies
