Technical Program Manager - Martech/Digital Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join a high-impact Marketing Technology (MarTech) organization supporting digital and web-based product initiatives for a global e-commerce leader.

This role sits within the Program Management Office (PMO) and partners closely with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to deliver complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Define program objectives with key business partners and engineering leaders.

• Own project planning including scope, timelines, dependencies, deliverables, risks, and resources.

• Build and maintain roadmaps, project plans, and delivery schedules.

• Drive Agile execution at scale in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.

• Track progress, manage scope changes, mitigate risks, and proactively remove blockers.

• Lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams toward successful and timely delivery.

• Conduct program reviews and provide clear, data-driven status reporting to senior stakeholders.

• Prepare executive-level presentations and supporting documentation.

• Strengthen stakeholder relationships through transparent and confident communication.

• Improve and automate ways of working across teams and processes.

✅ Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (technical degree preferred).

• 6+ years of Program or Technical Program Management experience.

• Strong business acumen and process orientation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

⭐ Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

• Driving technical or engineering programs from inception to launch.

• Working closely with Product and Engineering teams on web or digital products.

• Expert-level experience with JIRA (mandatory).

• Deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

• Risk, dependency, and scope management expertise.

• Advanced stakeholder management across multiple levels.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with tools such as Confluence, Airtable, Monday.com, SQL, Tableau, dashboards, or analytics platforms.

• Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

• Exceptional attention to detail and delivery excellence.
