Role Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Menu Board Content contractor to support our Digital Menu Board Product Owner. This individual will be hands-on with content updates and deployment of menu board changes across environments.
This role is a mixture of content operations, technical configuration, and release execution, helping ensure that menu board changes are accurate, timely, and production ready.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced QSR/Retail environment and has experience managing digital signage and content from development through deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Management and Updates
- Create, modify, and maintain digital menu board content including:
- Menu items, pricing, promotions, daypart rules and disclaimers
- Layout adjustments and content sequencing
- Ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and adherence to operational rules - Partner closely with the Product Owner on:
- Content change requests
- New rollouts
- Iterative enhancements and optimizations
Development and Configuration Support
- Configuration and implementation of new digital menu board enhancements - Support testing of:
- New layouts
- Conditional logic (dayparting, location-specific rules, promotions)
- Hardware specific behaviors
- Troubleshoot content or configuration issues
Deployment and Release Execution
- Deploy approved menu board updates across production environments - Follow defined deployment processes and change windows - Validate deployments post-release to ensure:
- Content is live as expected
- No regressions or display issues
- Coordinate with stakeholders when issues arise and assist with rollback or correction as needed
Quality, Documentation, and Communication - Maintain basic documentation for:
- Content standards
- Deployment Steps
- Known issues and workarounds - Communicate clearly with:
- Product Owner and Management
- Internal Stakeholders
- Vendor or platform partners as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications
-Experience supporting large-scale digital signage rollouts (hundreds or thousands of locations).
-Comfortable working with Product Owners and Agile teams.
-Strong visual QA skills to validate layouts, logic, and on-screen accuracy.
-Understanding of dayparting, location-specific rules, and other dynamic content logic.
-Ability to maintain clear documentation (standards, deployment steps, known issues).
-Strong organization skills and able to manage multiple content updates at the same time.
-Capable of troubleshooting CMS-to-device connectivity issues.
-Effective communicator who can work with internal teams and external vendors.

This is a Contract position based out of Dublin, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
