Summary

Job Title: Program Assistant II / Customer Support
Duration: 2+ years
Location: 100% REMOTE - located in PST

Candidate must be located in the Pacific Time Zone (PT) and have no more than 5 years of experience

Must have Utility experience

Description:

  • Support daily operations of assigned programs.
  • Maintain program documentation and records.
  • Assist with budget tracking and reporting.
  • Update program databases and spreadsheets.
  • Help organize program-related events.
  • Prepare materials for training and outreach.
  • Provide comprehensive support to Program Team Leads, Supervisors, and Advisors in the execution of residential and commercial initiatives.
  • Process customer requests efficiently and coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of program procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Perform accurate data entry and utilize various computer systems to support program functions; maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Communicate program-related information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • This manager is on the Customer Service Team- there are 22 members including FTE's and contractors. They will be interacting with different teams such as the Management Team and Processing Teams.

Required:

  • The manager is looking for someone who has attention to detail, can manage a high volume, a quick learner/self-starter, analytical, and strong customer service skills.
  • Highschool diploma required- no bachelor's necessary
  • Looking for someone with customer service experience- someone who has done a call center position with high volume, taking intake calls, coordinating, etc.
  • Open to any industry but utility would be a plus
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer service required, not more than 5 years.

Some Notes on the Role:

  • 2-year contract
  • Location: Fully remote but located in PST time zone.
  • Hours are7 AM - 3:30 PM
