- Salary Range: $154,000 - $225,000 per year

The Senior Manager, Cybersecurity provides strategic and people leadership for the Client's product cybersecurity capabilities. This role is accountable for advancing the Secure by Design strategy by embedding cybersecurity requirements, risk management, and governance across the full product lifecycle. The Senior Manager partners closely with Global R&D Engineering, Product Management, IT, Legal, and Compliance to enable innovation while protecting the Client, its customers, and its brand.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global cybersecurity organization supporting the Client's products, platforms, and services.
- Define and execute a cybersecurity strategy aligned with business priorities, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Embed Secure by Design principles into engineering and product development processes across the lifecycle.
- Provide cybersecurity leadership and guidance to R&D, engineering, and product teams to proactively identify and mitigate risk.
- Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance, operating models, and metrics to drive consistent execution across regions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, IT, Product, Legal, Quality, and Compliance.
- Communicate the cybersecurity risk posture to senior leadership.
- Support audits, customer, and regulatory engagements.
- Support the development and delivery of the Client's annual cybersecurity perspective, including active participation and representation at industry conferences and cybersecurity-related events.
- Lead managers and senior cybersecurity or engineering professionals globally.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Support workforce planning and budget management.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading global teams in a product, hardware, application, or software security field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with firmware, software, or application development, including developing, architecting, and implementing software security solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IEC 62443 and UL2900 standards.
- Knowledge of OWASP and NIST 800 series security frameworks.
- Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC).
