What You’ll Do (Impact & Execution)

  • Orchestrate a world-class, global cybersecurity collective dedicated to the protection of diverse product platforms and digital services.

  • Synthesize comprehensive security roadmaps that harmonize complex business objectives with evolving international regulatory landscapes and client expectations.

  • Engineer the seamless integration of philosophies into the foundational layers of the hardware and software engineering lifecycles.

  • Galvanize cross-functional alliances between R&D, Legal, and IT to proactively neutralize vulnerabilities before they reach the market.

  • Formalize robust governance frameworks and performance metrics that ensure operational excellence and consistency across international manufacturing regions.

  • Spearhead high-level briefings for executive leadership, translating technical risk profiles into actionable business intelligence.

  • Champion the organization’s public security posture by contributing to industry-defining perspectives and representing the firm at elite global cybersecurity summits.

  • Cultivate a high-performance culture through sophisticated talent development, strategic succession planning, and global workforce optimization.


What You Bring (Expertise & Profile)

  • Distinguished Leadership: You possess a decade-long track record of steering elite, multi-national teams within the domains of hardware, firmware, or application security.

  • Technical Pedigree: Your background includes at least five years of deep-immersion experience architecting secure software solutions and navigating complex system architectures.

  • Regulatory Command: You demonstrate mastery of critical security frameworks and industrial standards, specifically those mirroring NIST 800, IEC 62443, UL 2900 and OWASP methodologies.

  • Academic Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline from a prestigious institution.

  • Professional Credentials: Preference is given to candidates carrying elite certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.

  • Strategic Mindset: You are an expert communicator capable of navigating a hybrid work environment while managing a global budgetary and operational footprint.
