What You’ll Do
Architect and deploy scalable, high-integrity software solutions utilizing the full .NET stack to meet rigorous industrial demands.
Synthesize complex system requirements into actionable technical blueprints and sophisticated architectural designs.
Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring every line of code is clean, testable, and optimized for long-term reliability.
Champion technical excellence by conducting deep-dive code reviews and refactoring legacy components to enhance system performance.
Mentor junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, adherence to best practices, and superior coding standards.
Execute advanced debugging and rigorous testing protocols to maintain seamless application functionality.
Collaborate within a high-energy team environment to integrate modern development patterns and innovative software methodologies.
Document comprehensive operational procedures to ensure organizational knowledge retention and project transparency.
What You Bring
Command of C# and the .NET ecosystem, including deep proficiency in both .NET Framework and .NET Core.
Expertise in Azure cloud technologies, specifically leveraging Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Graph API for secure, modern deployments.
Mastery of SQL Server development, with a focus on T-SQL, schema optimization, and advanced performance tuning.
Advanced understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD), asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and dependency injection.
Proven experience with WinForms and Entity Framework (both Core and Standard) for data-centric application development.
Technical versatility in RESTful APIs and web services, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with C++/MFC or modern web front-ends (Angular/TypeScript).
Leadership acumen with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously and serve as the primary escalation point for architectural challenges.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
