What You’ll Do (Impact & Execution)

  • Galvanize a multi-disciplinary workforce of engineers and surveyors, fostering a culture of rigorous technical mentorship and continuous professional evolution.

  • Spearhead technical quality assurance protocols, ensuring that all design schematics, complex calculations, and construction documentation surpass industry benchmarks for precision.

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end project lifecycle, maintaining strict oversight of fiscal budgets, deliverable timelines, and high-level resource allocation to maximize profitability.

  • Engineer strategic business development initiatives, leveraging deep regional insights to secure high-value contracts and expand the StaffRight Associates market footprint.

  • Cultivate elite client partnerships, serving as the executive liaison to ensure project outcomes align seamlessly with long-term stakeholder objectives.

  • Navigate complex regulatory environments, facilitating seamless communication with state and local agencies to expedite project approvals and mitigate technical bottlenecks.


What You Bring (Expertise & Profile)

  • Executive Technical Command: A distinguished background in Civil Engineering, characterized by the ability to solve intricate structural and land-use challenges that baffle standard practitioners.

  • Strategic Leadership Pedigree: A proven history of directing professional staff (10–15 years of industry experience preferred), with a focus on elevating team performance and operational output.

  • Revenue Generation Prowess: A robust professional network within the Greater Hillsborough region, coupled with the sophisticated negotiation skills required to craft winning proposals and capture new market share.

  • Operational Sophistication: Expert-level mastery of engineering design standards, cost estimation modeling, and the full suite of modern project management technologies.

  • Academic & Professional Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a valid Professional Engineering (PE) license, representing a commitment to the highest tiers of the vocation.
