StaffRight Associates is seeking a visionary engineering leader to spearhead high-profile land development initiatives that define the landscape of the Greater Hillsborough region. This is a pivotal role designed for a high-caliber professional who desires to transition from technical production to strategic project ownership within a thriving, expansion-oriented environment. What You’ll Do (Impact & Execution)

  • Orchestrate the full lifecycle of diverse land development ventures, navigating complex projects from initial feasibility modeling through to final jurisdictional authorization.

  • Galvanize the municipal approval process by serving as the lead technical advocate before local boards and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project momentum.

  • Engineer sophisticated site infrastructure solutions, encompassing advanced hydrological modeling, precision terrain grading, and integrated utility network architecture.

  • Synthesize comprehensive technical documentation, including intricate subdivision layouts, environmental impact reports, and regional stormwater compliance strategies.

  • Cultivate enduring partnerships with developers, specialized sub-consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure mission-aligned project delivery.

What You Bring (Expertise & Profile)

  • Credentialed Authority: Hold a Professional Engineering license in the State of New Jersey (or possess the requisite E.I.T. foundation and immediate eligibility to obtain licensure).

  • Subject Matter Mastery: Demonstrate a robust track record of navigating the nuances of New Jersey’s regulatory landscape, specifically concerning NJDEP permitting and regional land-use statutes.

  • Technical Sophistication: Exhibit mastery in computational design platforms such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD to produce high-fidelity engineering simulations.

  • Strategic Communication: Command the ability to translate complex engineering challenges into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and clients alike.

  • Disciplined Execution: Display an unwavering commitment to precision and the organizational agility required to manage a portfolio of high-priority capital projects simultaneously.
