Location: Dallas, TX
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and Scrum Masters to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, goals, and roadmap.

  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and user stories.

  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features on time.

  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Track product performance, manage dependencies, and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Strong knowledge of product backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
