We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA IS-OIL TSW Senior Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench (TSW) within the Oil & Gas Downstream industry. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of TSW processes on SAP S/4HANA and work closely with business stakeholders in a client-facing techno-functional role.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP IS-OIL TSW on SAP S/4HANA.
  • Expertise in Stock Projection Worksheet (SPW), Location Balancing, Three-Way Pegging (3WP), Nomination Management, Ticketing, and Planning Functions.
  • Experience configuring TSW master data including transport systems, business locations, partner roles, materials, batches, and forecast parameters.
  • Strong integration experience with SAP MM, SD, PM, Commodity Pricing Engine (CPE), Commodity Management (CWM), and Transportation & Distribution (TD).
  • Knowledge of BAdIs, BAPIs, User Exits, Enhancement Framework, ABAP debugging, PI/PO, and SAP BTP integrations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end TSW solution design, configuration, and implementation.
  • Configure and optimize inventory planning, stock projections, nominations, scheduling, and ticketing processes.
  • Support cross-module integrations and custom developments.
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Provide guidance on technical enhancements, troubleshooting, and best practices.
