Summary

Title: Associate Tech Support Analyst
Location: Vienna, VA
Duration: Initial 6-month duration with possible extensions
Compensation: $40/hour - $51/hour
Work Requirements: , Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Associate Tech Support Analyst

1-5+ years of desktop/technical support experience
Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or equivalent
Strong communication skills to provide daily updates and status reports
Imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for onboarding
Break/fix hardware support and troubleshooting, end to end
Testing returned devices through the return merchandise (RMA) process
Recovering assets through IT asset return and offboarding tickets, including scanning devices in and out
Fulfilling software installation/update requests and troubleshooting
Supporting our virtual environment (VM requests and related issues)
Comfortable working on-site at Headquarters, five days a week
