Need Workday Payroll Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support Workday Payroll solutions.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday Payroll configurations.

• Configure payroll components, including earnings, deductions, allowances, benefits, and payment elections.

• Configure pay groups, pay periods, payroll calendars, and payroll processing schedules.

• Manage payroll calculations, gross-to-net processing, retroactive calculations, and off-cycle payments.

• Configure and maintain payroll taxation, tax withholding, and statutory deductions.

• Work on Workday Payroll business processes, condition rules, eligibility rules, and validations.

• Support payroll integrations with third-party vendors, financial systems, and benefits platforms.

• Develop and support Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other integration solutions.

• Perform payroll testing, parallel payroll runs, reconciliation, and year-end processing.

• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, calculation errors, and production issues.
