Job Title: Workday Functional Expert

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Functional Expert to support the implementation and ongoing operations of a new Workday HRIS solution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workday modules while collaborating closely with HR and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end Workday HRIS implementation activities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday functional configurations.
• Configure and support core Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.).
• Partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system deployment.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and assist with data migration and integrations.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and provide user support.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Functional experience.
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM and related modules.
• Experience with full lifecycle Workday implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Houston.
